Rich in detail with views of the flat irons, this new 2,700 sq. ft. home and 1,200 sq ft garage is warm, elegant, efficient and clean. As the project architect within the office of Ohashi Design Studio, my sisters family were able to achieve a home that is as progressive as the Bay Area within their own home town of Boulder. The design is defined by a roofline that opens up to the Flatirons. The simple yet refined palette throughout the home creates a calming and private interior that highlights the incredible views. The home recently sold with the highest price per square foot in Boulder history.
