Berkeley Bungalow

With time of the essence, affecting the outer walls of the home was not an option in an effort to avoid the time required for the planning department and for the family to move in quickly. By adding wall mounted toilets, wall hung sinks and faucets, a narrow existing bathroom turned more functional and elegant. Another bath was added within an oversized master bedroom providing privacy from kids, and convenience for the parents in an older split level home.
