Originally built as 2 small cottages to serve as temporary housing for utility workers burying power lines under Russian Hill, this home received many add-ons and inexpensive quick fixes over the 100 hours since it’s conception. By updating the majority of the wall and ceiling framing, leveling all the rooms that has settled and updating the design for more open living, the space has the feel of an old world cottage, but with modern amenities. Moving the kitchen from the back corner to the central hallway, this galley kitchen turned a once divided home and connected it to the living area, phenomenal decks and views.
